(Vineyard Haven): Stephen Hart’s timeless fine furniture and cabinetry will be featured at Louisa Gould Gallery for the Vineyard Haven Gallery Spotlight Night this Friday, August 4th. Mr. Hart's masterful skill and attention to detail are what make his furniture unique. Born into a family that has been creating works of art with wood for over seven generations, Stephen has been working in the family tradition for over twenty-five years.

In mixing the types of wood that he uses, Stephen is able to show off the contrasts of each species. Ash, Maple, Walnut and Cherry as well as tropical woods such as Silver Balli, Honduran Mahogany and Purple Heart are prominently featured in Mr. Hart’s pieces; their detail and the integrated wood grains meld together to create a crisp, timeless product.
