(Martha’s Vineyard) Louisa Gould Gallery is pleased to announce a group holiday exhibit, “ Fall into the Holidays ,” featuring the work of nine gallery artists as well as work by one guest artists. The works included in the exhibit are a collection of small, well priced treasures of art to be shared with friends, family, co-workers, clients and fine art collectors! The exhibit opens on Tuesday, November 21, 2017 and runs through January 6, 2018. A reception will take place from 3:00 - 5:00 pm on Saturday, December 9 (Christmas on Martha's Vineyard Weekend). Please join us for wine & cheese, cranberry punch and holiday treats and to meet some of the artists.

New small paintings by Theresa Girard, Linda Besse, Donna Blackburn, Paul Beebe, Doug Kent, and Sally Martone range from abstract works, to lush seascapes of the Vineyard to sweet birds on gold leaf. This year Peggy Turner Zablotny is offering small prints of her earlier works at a very attractive price - only for this show! There is something for everyone in both size and taste.

In addition to the new affordable small works are larger landscape and mid size oil paintings by Christie Scheele and Peter Batchelder. For three dimensional works, there are new exquisite porcelain sculptures by Jennifer McCurdy and glass blown ornaments by Tom Kelly of Vitrix. As always there is a selection of jewelry, note cards and books for gift giving.
